Yes, that's right, my Max lost another tooth...from now on feel free to call him "snaggle tooth Max"! He looks so cute and now speaks with a little lisp - makes hearing him talk even cuter! Here's the play by play...
The tooth was barely attached on Thursday night when I was brushing his teeth so I told him to just keep wiggling it and maybe it would come out. Well, it hadn't come out by Friday afternoon and he REALLY wanted another Transformer (that's what the tooth fairy is currently bringing in the Clardy house) so he actually let my mom pull it. I DO NOT PULL TEETH - the sound of the roots breaking is too much for me to handle. So, everyone gathered around and my mom tied string (okay, it was dental floss because I didn't have any thread) around the tooth...

And then my mom went in for the kill...

(By the way, you have to watch my mom. She told him to count to 5 but then pulled it when he got to 3. Kind of like when I was little...one night she told us what we were about to eat was country fried steak. Well, it wasn't. It was liver fried to make it look like country fried steak...just a weee bit different. And after chewing on it for 10 minutes and it never getting smaller I began to figure things out.)
SUCCESS!!! Max was a little shaken up after the removal, but that didn't last long...

BECAUSE now he looks like his hero older cousin Clay!!!

Random shot of Lily soon after the removal...she sure thought something was funny!

My mom and I took the babies to the Upstate Women's Show on Friday morning. It was at the big Expo Center here in Greenville and they had hundreds of vendors showcasing their goods. We're talking food, clothes, makeup, wraps that make your cellulite go away in 45 minutes, etc. My sister, Andrea, was helping out her friend, Jennifer, at her booth. Jennifer was selling very cute baby items and I bought some really cute monogrammed sippy cups. It took us forever to get through all the rows though because the twins attracted a lot of attention. A room full of women means a lot of oohhing and ahhing over cute babies especially cute twins....is that vain to say my own babies are cute?

Check out Andrea's shoes...it's hard to tell in this picture how high the heel was, but trust me, they were massive. Andrea's real practical like that...wear your most comfortable shoes on a day where you're going to be standing ALL day long. BUT, as most women know...don't let a little foot discomfort/pain/corns get in the way of looking good...right?!?!

And last but definitely not least, here are some pictures of some sweet babies!

Here are the twins before church yesterday...don't they look so preppy? Most of these two outfits are courtesy of my sister Shari. I say most because Abe (better known around here as Tank, Chunks, etc.) has already outgrown the little Polo shirt she got to go with his shorts. Thank you Shari...they looked adorable!
